The warm friendly atmosphere of the Pottsville Yoga Center will convince you that you’ve found the right place to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. Classes are accessible to students of all ages and body types. The use of a wide range of props ( including blocks, wedges, straps, rolls, and blankets ) allows students to access poses regardless of their current fitness level. Each class is an all levels class with instruction provided for beginners as well as more advanced students.
Students learn to use the breath as an integral part of yoga practice. Each class ends with a period of guided meditation and deep relaxation.
